Hi @Jgj_86 could try a reset do by holding down stop button on player for 5 seconds. Assuming there are no scratches or fingerprints, ensure that BD Live is switched off in case any issues there. I would also check the HDMI cable, a customer discovered in the past that even though DVD's were playing there was a fault with the cable.
However in your case it may well be a problem with the laser and if all other troubleshooting ruled out likely to need a repair. If this turns out to be the case obviously depends if it would be worthwhile.
