@alifpb: Further to the above, please confirm which app you are using to access the videos, and provide a description of the audio issues you're experiencing. Also, is the problem affecting all videos, or just certain ones?
In the meantime, please press the Volume Down and Side buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the phone and resolve any software issues that might be affecting your audio output. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.
