I am having problems trying to register a new Samsung Soundbar to my Samsung Account, has anyone else had similar problems?
I cannot find where to register my device. 
I have looked in My Account but cannot find any facility to register.
I have tried to find a solution through Samsung Support and they gave me a link but the website does not load, it keeps going on and off. I have tried through several browsers and different devices but the result is the same.
I have other devices registered phone, TV and tablets but they required signing into my Samsung Account on the device but the Soundbar does not I wonder if that is a factor?
Anyone who can help further please reply.

I have the exact same issue. Options for registering a product does not seem to include Soundbars.

I just checked the serial number on the box, which I was using to try to register, against the serial number on the bottom of the soundbar, and the number on the product has an extra digit, in my case an extra letter N. After entering this it let me register the serial number.

Thanks for your reply, but I still cannot open the Samsung Web page to register my new sound bar it keeps changing from Samsung.co/uk to Samsung.com/uk. I have decided to give it a rest as I cannot sort this problem out. Thanks

In case you decide to have another go. I used  https://www.samsung.com/uk/mypage/  and it worked in the end, with the full serial number from the bottom of the actual soundbar (the number on the box is a digit short.)
