Has anyone experienced audio dropping out with Q950T for a second? I have it set up with a Q80T tv, seems to be only when I have inputs(satellite or media box) coming into the sound bar through eArc into tv. Amazon and Apple TV apps no drop in audio ever. So, it is a sound bar input set up issue. Sound bar upgrades are current. Any suggestions?

I have a Q80T with a Q900T soundbar. I have them connected with earc. I have a panasonic uhd blu ray player connected to the tv via hdmi and I use Q Symphony. I have been getting sound drops every 10 mins or so for about half a second but only when playing 4k discs. After a lot of checks I turned off Signal input plus and the problem went away. Samsung say this should be enabled on the hdmi that UHD devices are connected to so that you get the best picture
I wonder if this is your issue?
