Brought a new Q60 TV and hw-b650 soundbar and sub.
Since connecting the subwoofer has a low distortion rubbling sound which ruins low level audio especially speech, you can hear it constantly. It also randomly briefly disconnected and displays "TV earc" as if its reconnecting which drops the audio for a few seconds. I've tried two different EARC hdmi cables and still both issues.
I just recieved a replacement b650 and the exact same issue.
Samsungs answer to any issue like this is "update the firmware" but there is no new firmware to update. My sound bar has shipped with the latest firmware which is from last year when the soundbar was released.
Do Samsung refuse to recognise these issues and provide no aftercare once the product is released?
