I have a Q990b Sound bar with a Samsung QN90A TV. They were working fine connected through HDMI Arc. All of the sudden the TV stopped turning in the sound bar when I turn on the TV. I had no issue with this before. ANYNET+ is enabled on the tv. I am not sure why the sound bar is not turning on with the TV anymore. Someone please help.
I have a Q990B soundbar connected to the eArc HDMI port on a Philips 65OLED806 tv and the soundbar has also stopped turning on with the TV around 3 weeks ago. Tried turning everything off and on again, checked settings, all seems fine. Wonder what could have caused it as there have been no firmware updates to the TV or Soundbar. Has anyone else seen this or solved the issue please?
got a samsung TV UE55MU9000TXZG and a q990b soundbar and it also stopped working some weeks ago. tried to find a solution, but no way. Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) enabled ofc. soundbar turns off with tv, but not on.
