Q800T sound bar with SWA 9000S rear speaker kit

I am having problems with the above sound bar and speaker kit. Set -up sound bar by plugging my Sky Q box into the hdmi on the sound bar. Sound bar connected to tv via arc hdmi. Rear speakers connected working fine. The problem l am having is the sound coming from the rear speakers is the exact same sound that is coming from the sound bar. Not proper surround sound. If l am watching a movie on sky in dolby 5.1, surround mode selected on sound bar, l am not getting proper surround sound but the same sound that is coming from the sound bar. However If l watch a movie in dolby atmos on Sky  the surround sound is perfect. Can anybody help me with this problem please.

@andy chap: Can you try pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote and setting this to 'Surround Sound' to see if this helps? Also, press the Sound Control button on the remote > Rear Level, and you can adjust the rear speaker volume levels to your preference (-6 to +6). If the issue persists, try connecting your Sky Q box directly to the TV to see if this makes a difference.

Thanks for your help. My soundbar is now working perfectly and it  sounds great.

I'm having the same problems than you had. Reading all the solutions given, How did you solve it? Reconnecting Sky Box to TV or changing sound bar settings?
