I’m having trouble connecting this soundbar + TV by Bluetooth. I have been through the soundbar set up process several times and everything says it’s connected to the TV (blue light on subwoofer, within the TV settings and on the Smartthings app) but there is no sound coming from the soundbar. I have the same issue when trying to play music from my phone to the soundbar by Bluetooth. The soundbar remote can change songs on my phone so it must be connected, yet no sound! Any suggestions very much appreciated.

Is the firmware up to date on the Soundbar, @Simon_H? This can be done using the SmartThings app.
