Once in three or four times WHEN I hit the Amazon Prime Video button on the remote I get into Prime, but the sound goes from the soundbar completely. Going back to a different source (TV or Sky) won't help. The only way I can get the sound back is by unplugging the soundbar at the mains and plugging it back in again.
This is a recent development and annoying! I am pretty sure that my TV and soundbar are physically ok. This might be rarer because someone needs to have these two pieces of Samsung hardware to have this problem.
This error should be VERY easy to reproduce for Samsung labs using this TV and Soundbar.
