My #MS650 bought in 2018 was working fine connected (ARC) to my Samsung TV until recently, when it stopped outputting sound. It still connects but when I attempt to adjust the volume it only has 2 values … 0 and 1. TV thinks it is connected. I’ve tried connecting it on the optic link and no sound. I’ve tried getting it to pair on BT but cannot get pair to come up. My SMART THINGS app cannot locate it so I cannot do an update (but had auto update set so should be fine), though the app has found my TV. Even tried connecting it to my Sony Bravia using optic cable but nothing. Anyone experience similar issue? Is it time to throw away my MS650?
