Help! Just switched freestyle 2 on and this happened. Sound working. Any ideas how to fix?

I have the same issue this week also. I have called samsung 5 times for support today, shared my camera so they can see the fault. Now they are now asking for a VAT proof of purchase, I got it over a year ago from EE, they have gave me a proof of purchase but it doesn't have VAT. The samsung support refuse to help me with this until there is a VAT proof given, EE will not provide. I just want my projector fixed.

Wtf… that’s not helpful at all!! We called Samsung and they asked us to boot it up whilst on video, and lo and behold it was working ok!! I just hope it continues to be the case as we are out of warranty now by 7 days. Hope you get yours sorted.
