I have observed a strange bug on my brand new LPU9D projector.
I have an Apple TV with two Homepods as its speakers. The AppleTV is connected via HDMI to LPU9D and it is using eARC to play the sound of projector on speakers. In normal situation everything is working perfectly good.
But, as I have a motorized screen, I tried to enable the "Rollable Screen Connect" option in projector settings menu. Now, when this option is enabled, if you turn off the projector off and turn it on again, this time the sound of the projector goes back to the built-in speaker as the eARC seems to be off. When I try to manually switch the sound output to my AppleTV, there is no sound at all. I have tested this with another sound bar system, same issue observed.
So, in summary, if the "Rollable Screen Option" in enabled, when you turn on the projector, the eARC is off and you don't get any sound through your sound system connected via HDMI eARC.
I hope Samsung developers look into this.
