Hello,

 

just bought a hw-q90r soundbar and want to get it working with spotify and Alexa. Its working with Amazon music but says "I cant play with spotify music on that device" when I try Spotify. Is this not supported?

@Emmettf: For clarity, are you attempting to connect Alexa to your soundbar, and access Spotify through Alexa?

yes, I ask alexa to play spotify and it should play on the soundbar, as I said, works with Amazon music but not spotify. I can also stream spotify music from my phone to the soundbar.
