@Rj75: When you turn the power on after connecting the power cables to the soundbar and subwoofer, check the LED indicator on the rear of the subwoofer. Does it blink blue, turn red, or blink red and blue? If it's blinking blue, allow some time for it to establish the connection, and it should turn solid blue to indicate that the connection is complete.
