Here is my setup:
- The Frame TV 2020 (GQ43LS03T)
- Sound bar HW-MS750 with rear speakers SWA-9000
- R6 360 speaker (WAM6500)
This is all Samsung. Still, I can't get the sound to take advantage of both sound bar and speaker at the same time.
With the multiroom app, it works fine from a phone. It is possible to group MS750 and R6 to have the same audio on both.
But from the TV, it looks impossible. The Surround sound option is greyed out. From other posts, I tried to:
- set the Wi-Fi network on 2,4GHz only
- reset to factory settings and verified firmware updates
but no improvement. The sound bar is connected on HDMI-ARC, and also on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Please, how to get multiroom/surround audio from TV like I have from a phone ?
