Everytime I try to go on Samsung Members, it is always in Italian and I want to change it. Anybody knows how??

As I checked on an IMEI checker, it says that my device is italian

Instead of looking up an online IMEI checker tool, I would suggest you to perform a check with our Customer Service via livechat ( samsung.com/it/support/livechat/ ) on where your device comes from.

Is there a way to change the language?

If the app is in Italian, there is no way to select a different language.

Hi,

You can change the language of the phone however Samsung Apps will use device's "default" language. Some apps like Wallet only see device's CSC (country of sale). Samsung Members, instead, uses location (Wifi or Mobile Data) to select the right community for you, so if you are in Italy you'll see italian community, if you are in the U.K. you'll see U.K.'s community and so on.
