S9+ led flip case stopped working after January update

My led cover was working fine until the last update.  The only thing that works is opening and closing screen down

I've had the exact same thing happen ive had to buy another case ( which im waiting for) Not happy though as there not cheap to buy! I wish samsung helped but they don't 😤

Likewise, since the latest update my Samsung LED cover for my Galaxy Note 9 hasn't functioned. Prior to that it functioned correctly.
