Hi all, having problems with my smartview case which is only a few weeks old. Was working and has stopped so when I close the wallet nothing is displayed in the smart view window. Have been onto Samsung support and no further forward :(. I have checked the settings and the Always on Display is enabled, I have cleared the cache, restarted numerous times with case off and back on again but still no joy. Some people seem to have luck taking case off then plugging in then restarting unplug and put case back on but not working for me. Any other suggestions welcome 🤔
