How is it possible. I want to buy an foldable Galasy Z 5 and a smartwatch. I don't get the promised promotion conditions so I need some help or explanation. Obviously there is nobody to help. I'm waiting for hours for a SMS or someone to answer the phone, but there is nobody available. There is a link "mail the ceo" and that link doesn't work. That's also a way to make sure that there are no problems for the CEO. What's happening with Samsung in Belgium? What should I do to get someone on the phone? Do you have ideas?

I have ordered a Galaxy Fold 5 I want to add a galasy watch. The combination of both devices promised an extra discount of 25%. This discount doesn't show when I order. Thus I want that discount and then I order.
