Has anyone in UK received their fold 5

Pre ordered on the 26th and normally the pre ordered item lands early not this time

My 1tb fold 5 is shown as dispatching but still not sent yet 

Has anyone received theirs yet ??

Ah ok .. did anyone get their £50 voucher for pre order on the Samsung site it was suppose to arrive before 26th but I got mine yesterday and I had already ordered cant use it on anything except fold 5 and flip 5 so can't use £50 for a further case annoying

Likewise here - my order page on the Samsung website still says "Preparing dispatch." The page also says "Arrives on 04/08/23" so I'm expecting it on Friday. I ordered on July 26. I imagine DPD will be pretty busy in the coming days!

Just realised that this thread is about the Fold 5. My bad! I ordered a Flip 5.

Not yet, its been saying preparing dispatch since Sunday, I believe they should arrive Friday the earliest. I have also ordered the watch 6 classic and flip 5 both saying the same thing. I received my code too late too unfortunately.

Don't worry, flip 5, fold 5 and watch 6 classic are all saying the same thing.

I've raised via executive office re the delay in the voucher and that you can't use it for a case will let everyone know what they say I suspected I wasn't alone
