hello.

i bought samsung tv bout half year ago. few weeks back my tv stop,working , wont even turn on. i contact shop and they took it for repair. they change ;main pcb; on my tv. since then iptv app on my tv wont upload playlist. before that iptv app,was working perfect. i try uinstall and reemove it .still nothing. ive try manually upload list on the app and says that upload sucessfully but nothing change on the app.

app showing that my mac is activate and showing only basic ,testing channels.

does anyone know how to fix that

Hi @mikecc.

 

Could you tell us the model code and software version of your TV? This will either be Menu > Support > Contact Samsung, or Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Could you check to see if a software update is available for your TV, @mikecc?

 

Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

There isn't any updates available.

I'd recommend contacting the developer directly to enquire about any restrictions you may be facing when accessing the IPTV app on Samsung Smart TV's.

Don't you think it's strange. Since TV was repair the app won't upload playlist. 

Before that everything was OK.
