Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro bug/problem with Active2 Plgin

There is a competibility issue with Miui on my K20 Pro. The wearable app cannot start (no response) once I installed the active2 plugin. The only way to start the wearable app is to turn on developer mode in the miui and then disable "miui optimisation" in the developer option menu.

My temporary fix is to turn off the miui optimisation, run the wearable app and then turn on the miui optimisation again. How to report this issue to Samsung?

There's an error reporting feature in the Wearable app: Galaxy Wearable App’ > More (3 dots) > Contact us > Error Reports > Input Symptoms > SEND. Alternatively, you can also contact the app developers via the details on the Play Store page here.
