i am trying to get get a complaint or return raised and after a struggle with live chat, telephone option that took 16 minutes to speak to someone (there was almost no waiting time its was just 16 mins of selecting options)
and then when speaking to differnt people over 1.5 hours, nobody wants to take ownership or has an ageneda not to be helpful.
this after a samsung employee lied on live chat that i based a decision on.
time to stop buying samsung product after more than 25 years

I have nothing else to do today other than hunt down posts and attempt to educate people on how horrible and unethical Samsung customer service is. I'll comment on every single post I possibly can! On Instagram, Facebook, tictok, and wherever else I can I will!

I shouldn't have to work on a company that I give thousands to. This stuff should be fun and exciting and nice. Not miserable to deal with when a problem arises!
