Poor customer service

I so truly feed up with Samsung as there customer service is really shocking poor I am disabled I cannot afford to lose best part £600 pounds on a watch that dose do the hard full and now the location on is miles out they sent off be repaired but come back no full fount I had 90+ full since I own this watch it shocking

You've posted about this before and had a reply from an admin with advice... did you contact @Sam_UK as advised?

Yes but still no action how much does it take for a company of this size to put something wrong right

I'm afraid I couldn't make head or tail of your issue.

I gather it is to do with a watch not......

And being disabled is irrelevant. If there is an issue with your watch, whether the owner is disabled or not they should get the same service.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Being theyve sent it back- theres not much us as customers we can do- On these forums we are all customers; besides the admins, we can't help besides directing in the direction we believe is right.

Maybe theres an issue with setup over a physical issue with the watch?

*****If you feel this is unjust, I would explore consumer rights, Section 75, and Citizens Advice for legal and financial assistance. This is a last resort; hopefully, Samsung will resolve the issue.

I purchased a Samsung watch ultra for the fact it has a hard full section on it it's not worked once in 90 plus falls it's shocking and now since an update the location is miles l out
