Help, I lost the case of my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro

Galaxy Buds3 Pro 

Hello

Good morning

I bought my headphones in September and in November I lost the case, I still have both headphones but I can't charge them, along with them I also bought a "Samsung Care +" insurance, I have been calling Samsung, the first time they told me that the insurance couldn't cover it because they didn't have just the case, then in another call they told me that Samsung didn't sell cases separately, they wanted me to buy new ones and the last time I called they left me on hold for about 15 minutes and didn't answer.

Honestly I don't trust this page much, but from what I've researched, it's one of the few places that can give me a solution.

I hope you can help me get another replacement, I would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately this forum isn't another route to Samsung Customer Services so your post here won't resolve your issue im afraid. 

You'll need to contact Customer Services again for official clarification on the cover you have. 

Another option might be to look at amazon or eBay to see if someone is selling just the case,  or the full set at a reduced price. 

Then you'll have a spare set of buds. 

And or look at alternative options such as Home Contents Insurance, and or some bank accounts provide cover as a perk of the account. 

Terms and Conditions and any excess fee's would need to be checked.

Are you in the UK region ? To be honest I wasn't even aware you can buy Care+ on a pair of buds. 🤔

I was going to respond to ask if you had selected the ' theft and loss ' option of insurance and in which case perhaps you could then state you had lost both the buds and the case... and subject to paying the excess, you could claim for a new buds set and case. However......

I have just been in the online store and there are no options for adding Care+ to an order for a pair of buds. How did you add insurance for buds ?.

Other than this i agree with the previous response from BandofBrothers above.
