Watch4 Heart rate,Stress not continuous

Using my Watch 4 since yesterday and I have noticed that even ON continuous measurement my Heart rate and Stress does not getting measured continuously. Going on the Heart rate widget shows ❤ 15:43 ( for example) 80bpm when the actual time me checking is 15:55. After staying on the screen and the bpm starting to flash it does get refreshed and then measured. The time turns to NOW and I can see the heart rate changing. Same with the Stress measurement. Any suggestions, anyones watch doing the same.

Ye this is mine had the watch on most the day but the continuous stress tracking isnt measuring/recording correctly. Hopefully Samsung can sort it soon.
