Glad to see Samsung pushing OS4 to the Watch5, the article below is a comprehensive look, including better running HR zone alerts.
So why can't Samsung create alerts for say, if your HR, Stress (if set to continuous, I do) exceeds a limit set by Samsung Health.
Surely a more proactive health mindset, than a passive approach.
