Anyone able to help.. i purchased a galaxy watch 5 Pro to use with my s22 and for some reason isn't recording sleep correctly. I slept for around 8-9 hours last night but watch is saying I only slept for 1hr 39 mins.. its frustrating as its one of the reason I bought the watch

Glad to see I'm not the only one, very disappointed with this. Idk what to do. Like I think the update breaks it because the first day I got it, it recorded some even though not all. Now it's recording nothing more than an hour

One possible reason is that the watch is too tight around your wrist. I had the same on my S20 ultra and it was only after loosening it that it was a lot more accurate. I still find that it does not know the difference between sleeping and reading a book in bed. I often wake up for hours and read but it logs me as being in deep sleep!

So last night it recorded 2 hours of sleep, which is true, when I woke up it was showing -- -- so I clicked on it and it said 2hrs, and then 5 minutes later I went to sleep again and guess what 6 hours slept, but watch saying 2hrs and no new record

Can someone do the following.

If you wake up during your sleep session, go into the sleep record on your watch, then when you go back to sleep, see if it will record the other sessions.

I think that the issue is with the health app and that Samsung devs somehow managed to put a stop recording for the day trigger once you look at your record)

All features enabled continuous monitoring, sp02 during sleep, snore during sleep, I even tried tightening, loosening, putting it on my other hand, turning it upside down, everything nothing seems to be working.... I'm going yo take Samsung to court for false advertising

I suffer with chronic insomnia and bought the Samsung 5 partly to monitor my sleep and blood oxygen. But e.g last night I set my sleep app at 12 and was awake reading until 1.30 am. I then woke several times in the night and was fully awake at 8. I calculated I'd had about 6.5 hrs of sleep which is good for me but my watch said 8 hrs 49 which is impossible.

I've got a similar issue. I get up at least 4 times in the night. My watch doesnt seem to record properly because of this. Most nights it tells me that I've had 1.5 hrs of sleep but I know that I've had at least 3 times more, also the time shown for the sleep is usually between 6 and 8 in the morning !!!!
