Did I buy a £400 door stopper? (watch5 Pro)

Seriously Samsung, what's going on.

I been a Samsung user since the original galaxy came out, but s21 ultra was the worst purchase I made had battery issues. 

Now the watch5 Pro is my first Samsung watch, and I wondered how you managed to squeeze in all these sensors and manage to get 3+ days of battery life. 

You managed to get battery life by not activating the sensors while the user is sleeping yes? 

I slept a whole 8 hours but the watch is saying I slept 1hr 30 minutes. 

The day before my heart rate even though its set to monitor continuously didn't even update on my phone, or on the scale on the watch app, but but it showed constantly on the watch. 

I'm lost for words. I spent hours on setting up the watch and now I need to factory reset? This is bull****...

Hi if you are looking for a great watch go to Garmin I bought the Garmin tactix 7 Pro. First class watches Ltd that's where I got mine you can have a bid at a lower price I got nearly £150 off the price of mine

I don't know what settings you have got on, but apart from any of the continuous monitoring stress or heart rate, which I don't need not turned off to save power and every alert possible on and with the amount of emails I get is not small and I get 3.5 days of battery

I don't have an issue with battery life. The issue is that the watch doesn't properly record my sleep...

Then I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'm not new to smart watches, but this is the first wear os3 watch I got...

Try 3rd party app Sleep with Android. Remember to sync to S Health and turn off function on S Health

I am Aware of that but you can't get as detailed data from it due to the limitations of sensor data for third party apps for the Samsung watch.... Samsung just sucks, they lock things and make sure their software also doesn't work

U don't like Samsung. Get a G Pixel Watch. On the watch4, it works. Just trade in for g pixel watch. I think it's better than the Watch5?
