Galaxy Fit2 Connectivity Issue

My Galaxy Fit2 stopped working in its first anniversary.  
Unable to connect the band with the phone.  Done with all first level resolutions.
Samsung wearable app doest shows the band even after 100's of searchss.  

It will highly appreciable if anyone can help me with some alternative options to connect it back.
