How do I fix the GPS on The watch 6?

This is my workout location tracking from today... which was all in thr same building yet this is all over thr place.

If you're inside I would choose an indoor workout and not use GPS. Otherwise you are always going to have the same issues, with GPS trying constantly to get a lock.
