I can answer number 2 which is because you haven't put the pin in I'm guessing the watch is trying to establish whether it's on your wrist or not. I find if I wear mine 5 pro without putting the pin in the led underneith goes wild. As for number 1 my only possible answer is it could be over heating? Probably contact customer services on that 1st one
Finally sorted out the watch by replacing it with a few problems!!
When back to the samsung store with the 14 days old watch. The sales person told me I had to have a technical look at it 1st and if there anyone problems they will send it off to repair which takes upto 2 weeks. I said wait I've only brought it 14 days old ago. Can't you just replace with another one. Sale person said no. Whats that bullShxxt about. Finally ask to see a manager show them the problems than said OK I can see the problems and replaced it for me thanks.
SAMSUNG you must train your staff in store better.
