My Galaxy Watch 6 interrupts workouts randomly

It is now the second time that during a workout I look at my watch and realise that it has interrupted it. Any ideas why that might be?

@Chiarafu94: Are there periods of inactivity during your workout? If so, and if you're using 'Auto detect workouts', then the watch automatically recognises that you have stopped exercising, and recording of your stats will end. With this in mind, try manually enabling the workout, and this should resolve the issue.

Both times it happened with workouts that I initiated myself, and there was no inactivity. Once it was during a walk and the second time during a dance class

I am having a different issue with my one particular routine. Exercise Bike. After about 10 minutes into the routine my heart rate is measured st being maximum and doesn't go down I have to restart the watch and restart the routine on my watch after which the watch works fine with no issues.
