Watch 5 pro LTE - only outcoing calls work, not incoming

Hi, I tried to google all around (plus waiting for some feedback from my provider) but can't find a solution.

On my Watch 5 Pro with eSIM (shared number with phone), there is no way to receive incoming calls when not connected to the phone, so standalone mode. Outgoing calls works perfectly.

Any clue?

@Members_7dXu2HR: On the Watch5 Pro itself, please try heading to Settings > Connections > Mobile network, and setting this to 'Auto' to see if this helps. This will automatically use the Watch's mobile network when the Bluetooth connection with your phone isn't active.
