I have forgotten the pass code to my watch and can't connect it to my phone. How do I factory reset my watch?

Assuming it is GW4 or above, press and hold both the buttons until the watch restarts. As soon as the watch restarts, keep pressing and releasing the power key in quick succession to enter the boot menu. Select Recovery > Wipe data/factory reset.
