Same issue here, I have a QN95B and my galaxy watch 7 will not connect.
Galaxy watch 5 worked just fine.

I have this same issue with the same error. Trying to connect Galaxy Watch Ultra.

I have painfully being speaking to Samsung Support about this error for the last month, being bounced between watch support, TV support and even home appliance support (room for service improvement from Samsung). They have reset my 2023 Samsung Frame TV 3 times remotely. My watch has been reset and I have also tested this on an older Samsung Frame TV 2022.
I had a Galaxy watch Pro 5 that I traded in for the galaxy ultra watch and this worked perfectly.
Samsung has a problem with their new Galaxy Ultra watche and they will not admit it. I have spent too many hours trying to explain this every time the connect me to a new support engineer.
Samsung support even tried to say as it is an LTE version this is why it will not connect. I quickly rejected that reason saying my Galaxy Watch Pro 5 previous watch was LTE.
I used to use the Samsung Health app on the TV every day connected to my watch. Very dissapointed Samsung will not test this scenario themselves and rather test and waste my time.

Hey all,
I've just passed this onto our internal team. Once they have an update on the matter, I'll be in touch!

Just installed new Firmware 1651 for QN95B QLED this fixed the issue, I can now connect my GW7 successfully.
