Samsung health badges

Morning

Does anyone know why Samsung health badges will.not he appearing? (Genuinly asking for a friend)

On my app I have badges for cycling,.hiking swimming workouts etc (see screen shot)

But on hers she doesn't have them (and we had been on a bike ride - so should have the first cycle) when 

She has the galaxy fit 3, I have the galaxy watch7

Any ideas? I have looked through settings and they both appear the same and when look at the "about badges" section the lists are there but they don't show have been achieved

I have no idea why in this case, but it could be to do with the actual phone and it's updates. I know myself am a routine user of the watch and the health app, but alot of my badges i had acquired over time are no longer part of the app. It could also be down to permissions settings like activity tracking and location tracking. If certain permissions aren't accepted there is no way to calculate the exact distance
