Samsung watch...

Watch screen all lines or only the top of the watch screen works... 2nd watch to do the same... Surely watches last longer than 2 years...

@Stu76: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Has the watch been subjected to any physical damage? If you press and hold the Home/Power key for around 7 seconds until the watch restarts, does this resolve the issue?

Hi AndrewL the watch hasn't been physical damaged or abused in anyway... A have tried to restart the watch but still the same... A have tried putting it on the charger and reset it aswell but still the same... All a can see on the watch face is the padlock on the top and the rest is black...
