So I had suspected sleep apnea and consultant arranged sleep monitoring device, quite industrial looking, result was ZERO episodes, not I did not wear my watch at the same time.

My watch regularly flags me below and some long periods.
Does this mean like blood pressure these functions are pointless and inaccurate.

I have been having same issue with my watch 5 pro. I chose the watch 5 pro because of these fit features.   It said oxygen below 77%  which worried me.  Then I googled which brought me here.

Same issue for me. Been using Watch5 Pro for sleep monitoring for a while, and oximeter is giving me very inconsistent results.

Bro you sleep like a log 😂

My men you got over an hour of deep sleep and you surprised you had 77% oxygen ? I can barely squeeze out 25 minutes 😩 😅

My watch 5 pro has not even read my oxygen in a long time. It simply doesn't work and it constantly locks its self for no reason

This is what I have. Every day. .. so there is an appointment made for July, then the hospital has a free bed to watch my oxygen for 1 night.....

I had similar  readings.  O2 into the 70's at night. Turns out I have severe sleep apnea.  Thankfully the watch is very accurate. I would never had even known I had sleep apnea if it weren't for the watch. I had issues with and surgery for arythmia. Possibly directly caused by sleep apnea which may have bern going on for years. On CPAP now and doing well.

The watch is fantastic.  I would not have even thought to have a sleep study done if it weren't for the watch. On CPAP now due to severe sleep apnea.  I would love to see an low oxygen alarm on the watch which  wakes you up when low levels are detected
