Has anyone experienced no sound coming out of one side of buds this is my 3rd pair that has done it does anyone know a fix?

@jase1986: Do you have your Buds Pro connected to a mobile phone via the Galaxy Wearable app? If so, are both Buds showing as connected when you open the app? 

If one of the Buds is showing as disconnected, place the affected Bud in the charging case and check the LED indicator. If it turns red, then green, please remove the Bud and repeat the process until the LED indicator turns red, and stays red. If you check the connection status on the Wearable app following these steps, are both Buds now showing as connected?

Yeah I done most things I've even reset them and reconnected. I've took them back so I'm just waiting for the buds 2 pro to be delivered to me now
