Galaxy Watch 5 Pro Sleep Tracking Sync

My sleep tracking does not sync to my phone. I cannot see sleep tracking details. 

On the watch, I see the hours and minutes with a message, "Show on Phone."

When I tap on Show on the phone, the message is "couldn't open app on phone."  This is an important feature for me. 

Do I need to purchase a Garmin?

Hi, Do you have Samsung Health installed on your phone? Have you tried to manually open Samsung Health on your phone and does it open?

Do you have a Samsung Galaxy Phone with Samsung Health App?

I think that you need the Samsung Health App on your phone and that is available only on Samsung Galaxy phones.

You probably do not have the Samsung Health App installed or set up.

Samsung heath app works on most andsroid phones except for the ECG function.
