Yes I saw the notification in my Samsung Members App advising a recent Samsung Watch⁴ update caused some watches not to turn back on after being turned off.
It advjsed to send the watch in to Samsung if this happened.
I saw this early enough to knkw to wait until Samsung sent out a new updated update.
I've found that Samsung Customer Support especially the Samsung Online Shop Team can be slow to reply to emails etc.
I'm sorry to hear you've had your watch lost either by the courier or Samsung.
They will have to investigate which should be as rapid as possible to lessen any inconvenience to you.
Depending on the region your in you can email them too.
Look for the direct email address for your region.
That way you also have a paper trail.
