Samsung S3 sleep tracking/recording data

Why is my sleep data not working on my Samsung S3 and data endorsed into Samsung Health app . It's not recording REM, awake, light or deep data only sleep time and calories used. The recording failure started on 11th Feb 2020. I have done a reset and various change settings to no avail. Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @HRH2! Are you still having issues witht this? if so are you using the Gear S3 Frontier? Is it up to date?

My watch is the samsung galaxy 46mm SM-R800 and is currently updated with the latest software. Installed 18th January 2020.

since the last update, my watch (Active 2) has stopped recording 'deep sleep', can anyone assist with this?
