So my parents gave me this old watch that they have had for a long time and it has never been used before and whenever I turn it on it just sits at the loading screen to turn on for hours then just shuts off, I've been doing this for days now and it still won't load into the actual watch, I have tried rebooting it and it just sits there on the loading screen after the reboot screen, I have tried recovery and it does the same thing, the watch doesn't seem to get past the loading screen when you turn it on.

@Tcoop219: Please try placing the Gear Fit2 on the charging dock, then press and hold the Power button for around 10 seconds. Does a lightning symbol appear on-screen? If so, please leave the band to charge for 10-15 minutes, then try powering it on once again to see if this helps.
