Samsung galaxy smartwatch 46mm

Hi guys, I recently purchased the Samsung galaxy smartwatch 46mm. It keeps disconnecting from my phone Samsung galaxy s7. Keeps saying c916 error code. I was not wearing the watch when it happened but keeps happening now. Any tips would be very much appreciated. Darren

Hey @Bluekipper31! Are the Galaxy Watch and the S7 within 10 metres of distance and with Bluetooth active on both devices? Can you test your phone by connecting another Bluetooth device to it to see if the same issue occurs?
