Samsung customer service is rubbish. They treat their customers like dirt. No compassion don't listen. When you tell them you have recieved a item back from repair and its still faulty. They say there is nothing wrong with it. I am done with Samsung they don't know how to treat customers properly. Three times now my Watch Five Pro has been for repair.

And everytime its come back faulty. I have bought a Xiaomi Mi Watch. Sorry Samsung gave you enough chances. Your history good riddance.

You cant pair it with the phone and set it up.

@Members_IYdDwV6: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing persistent issues with your Galaxy Watch5 Pro. If the device has been inspected by an authorised engineer, and no fault has been found during the inspection process, then it is worth exploring some troubleshooting steps.

With this in mind, please can you confirm the model name/number of the phone you're attempting to connect the Watch to? Also, are you using the Galaxy Wearable app during the connection process, and do you get any error message or notifications when the connection process fails?

I 100% agree. Purchased a new washing machine 4 months ago (not a cheap 1) somehow the door seal as torn. Samsung don't cover this in the warranty has it's classed as a perishable part, so I've had to claim on the curry's insurance I had taken out. Safe to say from now on I will no longer purchase any other item from them ever
