I find it disappointing that Samsung has attempted to lock me into using Samsung Pay on the Galaxy Watch Ultra rather than allow me my choice. In this case this would be Google Wallet as my payment card only supports the latter as well as more universal support for it's features.
This is done by lamely restricting the app launched by long pressing the Back button to Samsung Pay. To launch Google Wallet quickly, I have to sacrifice the Home double press slot.
Also, why are there only certain apps allowed for the new Quick button and support for either double or single press but not both to launch two apps?
I grow weary of this enshitification that is prevalent as a result of businesses only looking at their bottom line and indeed feels like behaviour that would more suit this company's home country's neighbour to their north.

Honestly I find Samsung pay more reliable.
I've got self serve machines in my local supermarket that refuse to work with Google pay despite supporting it. Guessing it's hardware optimisation making the difference

Look up Debloating galaxy watches on Xda Forums. I have disabled Samsung Wallet and Bixby completely. Google wallet and assistant in watch and working well.
