Left earbud not working

Hello

My left ear bud completely stopped working what should I do?

My left one fell into a bucket of water and stopped working a couple hours later. Any hope of a fix? replacement? Thanks

got it working. I cleaned the contact and also realized that they are waterproof so it should be OK.

I don't know if I did all this. I do know that once I realized they are waterproof, I decided to try again. Fist I cleaned the contacts, then I put only the left on in the case. It seemed to be charging so when the light went green I took it out and it was working. Since then, it's been flawless. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

solved. just keep trying and maybe try cleaning the contacts.

I've bought 2 sets over the last 2 days and had this problem you must navigate to the enhanced hearing settings and make sure your settings are central this worked for me
