I cannot set up pin

I want to use Samsung Flow on my Samsung Active 2, but I cannot set up a pin. If I try to set it up, the pin is not set. The watch is still without the pin. I tried to reset the watch, but it didn't help.

Hey @Voclav! What happens when you try to set up the PIN? Have you checked this step by step guide on how to use Samsung Flow correctly?

When I try to set it up the pin isn't set up and it's returned to the menu.

Okay then. Try updating Samsung Flow on all of your devices and make sure you are using the latest version of the software. Also select the search bar on the Windows task bar and enter gpedit.msc. Then, go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Microsoft Secondary Authentication Factor > Allow Companion device for secondary authentication. Does it help?
