Just wondering if the auto heart rate alerts (for both low and high hr) only activate during exercise? I've changed the thresholds on mine to test it and have my hr set to continuous and I don't receive any alerts during a general day when I'm going about my business, or when I'm sleeping.
Is there something wrong with my watch? Or is it only if it knows you're doing a workout? I'm hoping that's not the case!!
